  It was so delicious we had fried rice, chow mein and, lobster. Love this place. If you need  Chinese food this is the place in San Ramon

  Used to be good. My mainland China wife used to like the food.
  
  What we were delivered tonight tasted like something off of a buffet table. And the fried squid tasted like it was fried in oil that was 6 months old.  Nasty. We cannot eat it.
  
  The egg foo young was a favorite of mine.  This time it was like eating a shoe.
  
  I suspect a change is management is happening. The oil thing is a health hazard.
  
  Fried cock roaches with your fried squid?  Putrid oil rounds it out.
  
  $100 purchase. That is a bag of groceries.

  Zero star this time! I ordered from pearl garden because they delivered on time before.
  I am working night shift and didn't have the time to cook so i had food delivered again this time. I ordered at 514, it was supposed to be delivered bet 559 and 615 so when it was already 645 i called yelp support to see what's wrong? They called pearl garden and they said they are running late but will be delivering in 30mins. 45 mins after food is still not delivered so at the 2nd hour (yes! 2 hours of waiting! I should have just went out to pick up) i called yelp support again and they said they don't think its gonna be delivered! With starving people waiting for dinner and my time wasted waiting for delivery (i should be sleeping preparing for my duty) i cancelled my order.
  They did not even call(pearlgarden) to say they are running late or that they cannot deliver. Never ever again.
  If you don't want to starve or waste time don't even think of this restaurant. There are far better chinese restaurants around!

  I just had take out from this restaurant. The egg foo young was horid. Worst Chinese food I have ever had. This is only the second time I have ever written a review on social media.  I felt it was my civic duty to say something about this food.
  The sweet and sour pork was mushy and somewhat discolored. Be careful before you ever order from this restaurant. I never will again.
  My wife just walked  in. Im watching the basketball game in another  room. She walked in. She looked at me and said, "that was pretty bad."

  I went here for lunch with a bunch of pearl garden veterans. I really like that they have separate vegetarian section in the menu, which I have difficulty in finding in most Chinese restaurants. I ordered vegetarian hunan chicken and it was delicious. And the lunch comes with complimentary salad and soup. The food tasted delicious.
